I hereby consent to the processing of the personal data that I have provided in the Alumni Registration Form and declare my agreement with the provisions of the Peruvian Law 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS and applicable international regulation on data protection. In this sense, I confirm and agree that my personal data will be collected, stored, processed and used by the International Potato Center (CIP), with legal address in Av. La Molina 1895, Lima, Peru, for the purposes of:

Generating a network of scientists that allows interaction between the signatory and CIP’s scientific community at global level; to promote the work of the signatory through the dissemination of their work and to contribute to disseminate CIP’s research worldwide; to receive communications and other mailings related to CIP Alumni subject of interest, to receive invitations to participate in events, course and/or training; and, in general, to use all the data provided for all required and essential actions to belong to the network of scientists “CIP Alumni Network”. In addition, photographic, film and video material may be collected during the attendance of events and conventions.

Likewise, I have been informed that my personal data will not be transferred to third parties inside and outside the country, unless it is an obligation established by law or judicial order.

I hereby declare that I have been informed of my right to request access, update, rectify, cancel, and to oppose to my personal data, for which I must send a request in writing to the following email: g.muller@cgiar.org
