Biography
Abdul Naico is a country and program manager based in Maputo, Mozambique. He holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University. His research concentration includes understanding the nexus between agriculture and nutrition in an environment impacted by climate change-related events. Over the last ten years at CIP, he has worked on project management, seed systems, value chains, monitoring and evaluation as a specialist. Additionally, from 2002 to 2004, he served as the agro-processing and agro-business specialist for the SARRNET (IITA-CIP-SADC) project in Mozambique.
