Biography

Gaël Tijanasoavina is an agronomist specializing in agricultural and rural development, based in Amboasary, Madagascar. He earned his master’s degree in Agronomy and began his career in 2021 as an agricultural technician in Madagascar, where he focused on improving farming practices.

In 2023, he transitioned to a research assistant role at CIP, concentrating on agricultural research in the Anosy region of southern Madagascar. His work aims to foster sustainable agricultural practices and enhance rural livelihoods in the region.
