Biography

Krishan Saini is an enthusiastic plant breeder based in Haryana, India. He has over nine years of experience in breeding, genetics, and genomics research at CIP, the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, and ICAR-Central Potato Research Institute Campus Meerut. Krishan is proficient in designing product profiles and breeding strategies for product development and testing across different agro-ecologies in India.

He employs molecular tools in breeding programs, data analysis, and management. Krishan has demonstrated abilities in managing large projects with multidisciplinary scientists, stakeholders, and collaborators from India. He is passionate and committed to agricultural research and development, with strong communication and networking skills.
