Biography

Norman Kwikiriza is an agricultural economist based in Uganda. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and is an expert in Monitoring, Learning, and Impact Evaluation. Since 2014, he has implemented several projects and conducted research in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Currently, Norman is the TAAT Compact Leader for Orange-Fleshed Sweetpotato, a project aimed at scaling orange-fleshed sweetpotato and its associated technologies to over 500,000 individuals across five countries (Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Mozambique, and the Democratic Republic of Congo). His goal is to ensure that, in addition to the massive scaling of the technologies, the lessons learned during the scaling process are effectively communicated to facilitate learning and improvement.
