CIP-DDG and DG of CCCAP, Mr. LU Xiaoping, chaired the meeting and reported upon the work that had been done since 2010 by CCCAP and the CCCAP preparation office and also signaling the challenges that lie ahead. Vice Minister Niu, who has long been a strong supporter of CIP and the CCCAP, encouraged the team to continue the exemplary work. The visit came two days before Chinese Lunar New Year, and Vice Minister Niu took time following the meeting to wish the CCCAP team a prosperous Year of the Snake.
