Jumpstarting Orange- Fleshed Sweetpotato in West Africa through Diversified Markets

In the third year of the project, pilot efforts to develop markets for orange fleshed sweetpotato to generate income and help combat vitamin A deficiency, are accelerating in Ghana, Nigeria and Burkina Faso.
