Biography
Bertin Nduwayo is an associate scientist, agronomist, and seed systems manager based in Bujumbura, Burundi. He has 16 years of experience and holds a master’s degree in plant and livestock resource management in tropical areas, obtained from the University of Liège in Belgium. Bertin’s field of experience is food security and nutrition project management, where he has piloted several projects within different organizations. Bertin worked in Burundi as a part-time teacher at various universities. He also served at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock from 2008 to 2013 as a government official.
