Biography

Serenade Andrianaina is a Senior Research Associate in Monitoring and Evaluation based in Toliara, Madagascar. He holds a master’s degree in communication. Serenade is an expert in project management, with solid experience in coordination, monitoring, and evaluation within national and international organizations. Skilled in strategic planning, data collection, and reporting, he joined the CIP in 2023, where he leads the monitoring and evaluation component of the “Building Sweeter Livelihoods” project, funded by the World Bank. Serenade is dedicated to applying his diverse knowledge at the national level, contributing to the development of sustainable agriculture and addressing the challenges of improving food security and resilience for the Malagasy population. He is particularly interested in research topics aimed at increasing the productive capacity of his compatriots.
